Mailing Coins, Stamps, Currency etc. to Louisville Coin Company

Please review the following tips before mailing material to us.

  1. DO NOT CLEAN OR POLISH COINS PRIOR TO SENDING!
  2. Pack coins securely using bubble wrap or padded envelopes. Coins shouldn't be loose or allowed to roll around.
  3. Bundle rolls of coins together and pack tightly in box with bubble wrap or newspaper.
  4. Place soft material in coin tubes so coins do not move around during shipping.
  5. Use United States Post Registered Mail Insured for approximate value of collection and describe as dry goods.
  6. Stamps or currency can be mailed in an album or envelope with cardboard on both sides to avoid accidental folding of material.
  7. Always place collections in a waterproof container like a zip-lock or small plastic bag before boxing for protection against moisture.
  8. You can always give us a ring if you have any questions or need supplies.
  9. Rest assured of an honest evaluation and offer for your collection!
